Sunday Evening Slow Flow with Britt
In this class, you'll INJoy moving at a slower pace.
Slow Flow is the perfect way to end the weekend and ease you into the week ahead! We practice on the Pilates reformers with a focus on stretching exercises, providing space and time to deepen your mind-body connection while building length and strength to take on life's challenges.
All skill levels are welcome, as the movements can be modified for every body.
Relaxing music from a curated playlist will enhance the experience, creating a soothing atmosphere and leaving you feeling restored and energized!
Class fee: $35 or use one of your Pilates Equipment Class Packages!

Britt Warner grew up a serious horse girl, competing in hunters and equitation all across the country as a working student before turning pro. Her path led to a career as a music artist, writing, singing, and recording original songs for film and TV, as well as touring with her band. Those in the eastside community of her native Los Angeles also know her as "Ms. Fixit," the neighborhood handywoman! Throughout all of this activity over the past 20 years, she's been a faithful student of Pilates, finding that the practice has kept her brain and body healthy and strong enough to take on life's challenges. Britt became certified as a Pilates instructor in 2024 and thrives on bringing creativity, focus, and care to every class. She believes that when the mind and spine align, one’s whole life does, too!
Britt is now based in Tucson and looks forward to meeting and working with Pilates students of all levels!
