FAQs

  • We understand that life can get busy, and sometimes plans change. To ensure we can offer your spot to others who are waiting to join, we kindly ask that you cancel or reschedule your class at least 24 hours in advance.

    • Late Cancellations: If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled class, we will charge a late cancellation fee or a class credit, depending on your membership or package.

    • No-Shows: If you miss a class without cancelling, a class credit will also apply.

    If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible to avoid any charges. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation!

  • Yes! PRIVATE PILATES SESSIONS are available by appointment to suit your schedule.
    Contact Yarrow HERE to arrange.

  • Pilates classes are 50 to 60 minutes.
    Drum and dance classes are 90 minutes.
    Workshops are 90, or more, minutes depending on the workshop.

  • Yes! We run multiple specials and offer many package options. Click HERE to explore.

    If the pricing for any of our offerings doesn't work for you, please contact us. Accessibility is important to us.

  • Packages help promote concistency and affordability. Packages are priced to help you achieve your goals through consistent movement. The bigger packages offer lower per-class price as a way to support that consistency. Packages must be used before they expire.

    Each package has an expiration date listed on the package description. If you are not going to be able to use your package before it expires, due to travel or other circumstances, please purchase a smaller package.

  • The studio requires a minimum of two clients for a group class to run. If a class doesn't meet this requirement, you may upgrade to a private session or reschedule into another class.
