    The Monthly Class Pass offers two discounted classes per week, giving you flexibility and savings. All classes must be used within the four-week period and cannot be rolled over. However, you can share unused classes with a friend before the end of the 4 week period!

FAQs

  • We understand that life can get busy, and sometimes plans change. To ensure we can offer your spot to others who are waiting to join, we kindly ask that you cancel or reschedule your class at least 24 hours in advance.

    • Late Cancellations: If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled class, we will charge a late cancellation fee or a class credit, depending on your membership or package.

    • No-Shows: If you miss a class without cancelling, a fee or class credit will also apply.

    If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible to avoid any charges. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation!

  • Yes! PRIVATE PILATES SESSIONS are available by appointment to suit your schedule.

  • Pilates classes are 50 to 60 minutes.
    Drum and dance classes are 90 minutes.
    Workshops are 50 to 180 minutes.

    If the pricing for any of our offerings doesn't work for you, please contact us. Accessibility is important to us.

  • The studio requires a minimum of two clients for a group class to run. If a class doesn't meet this requirement, you may upgrade to a private session or reschedule into another class.
