We understand that life can get busy, and sometimes plans change. To ensure we can offer your spot to others who are waiting to join, we kindly ask that you cancel or reschedule your class at least 24 hours in advance.
Late Cancellations: If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled class, we will charge a late cancellation fee or a class credit, depending on your membership or package.
No-Shows: If you miss a class without cancelling, a class credit will also apply.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible to avoid any charges. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation!

Pilates classes are 50 to 60 minutes.
Drum and dance classes are 90 minutes.
Workshops are 90, or more, minutes depending on the workshop. -

The studio requires a minimum of two clients for a group class to run. If a class doesn't meet this requirement, you may upgrade to a private session or reschedule into another class.
