This dance class is an opportunity to learn and practice movements that we do in dance classes with live drumming. We will use recorded music in this one hour dance class to find movement from our core, deepen our embodiment and expression of the movement, and flow through transitions and sequencing to bring the dance alive!
The class on November 13th we will focus on Samba Reggae in preparation for class with SolAxe on November 18th.
The class on November 29th we will focus on Orisha movement, Makuta and Salsa in preparation for classe with Espiritumba on December 6th.
