Deborah Mendoza and Martha Ramirez at INjoy!

This is a rich opportunity to study with two masters in the field of Pilates, and truly excellent teachers! Gain new reference points and deepen your Pilates practice, develop more strength and freedom of movement!

Martha Ramirez will be teaching Pilates Equipment Classes at 7:30am, 8:30am and 9:30am on Saturday, October 18th

Deborah Mendoza will be teaching Pilates Equipment Classes at 8:45am and 11:15am, and Pilates Mat Class, at 10am, all on Sunday, October 19th

Martha Ramirez is a passionate movement professional with 20 years of experience teaching Pilates. She is also a Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher (NCPT).
Martha served as Director of Students at Fletcher Pilates for over a decade and as Director of Education until January 2025, playing a key role in shaping the curriculum and mentoring future instructors. As Lead Faculty, she has trained numerous students, helping elevate the quality of Pilates instruction on an international level.
Martha is deeply committed to combining her love of movement, respect for the human body, and dedication to sharing this transformative work with others.

Deborah Mendoza, NCPT   A love of movement, an awe of the human body, and compassion for people brought Deborah to Pilates. Deborah began teaching Pilates in 1996 and served as the Director of Education for the Fletcher Pilates school for close to 15 years, until 2023. Deborah’s teaching style is heartfelt, passionate, detailed, and precise. She hopes each client/student leaves each session with a deeper understanding of their own body and its amazing ability to thrive and live life with “spontaneous zest and pleasure.”
