Based on The 5 Elements of Traditional Chinese Medicine, this centuries-old wellness practice is known to improve health, balance, coordination, and longevity. The Wood Element of spring focuses on the cultivation and balanced flow of Qi (chi energy) for the health of the liver and gallbladder. The wood element encourages us to be well rooted to receive nourishment for the new growth of spring.

Tai Chi is an internal Martial Art with slow and fluid movements. With this introduction, you’ll begin to understand the key aspects of cultivating internal energy and vitality.
