While it's hot outside, venture indoors to treat your feet + ankles. Gain more strength + confidence in whatever activities you like to do!
This workshop will offer:
sense: improve the sensory map of your feet, so you can move + balance better
move: mobilize and strengthen your feet + ankles
integrate: practice whole body movements (visual + vestibular too!) for better balance, agility, and fall prevention
Feet are incredible structures:
each foot has 26 bones (together the feet make up 25% of the body's bones
each foot + ankle has 29 muscles
each sole of foot has an estimated 4000 afferent fibers that innervate it
