Each month we will focus on building our Pilates practice while working on different Pilates apparatus (ie. equipment); breaking down the movement to the foundations of what it takes to support and achieve that movement. Along the way we will be making the connections to organizing our bodies in alignment and flow, and finding appropriate modifications and props when needed.
These mini-workshops are designed to help you learn deeply by doing and observing. From both of these perspectives, we develop more movement awareness, concentration and control...leading to more strength, freedom and flow!
