Gyrokinesis restores balance to the nervous system, nurtures tone and elasticity in the tissues, and attunes the body’s natural capacity to heal. We’ll begin class with self-massage to awaken the senses, and then pump breath and movement through the whole body. Exercises are fun, accessible, and powerful. You'll practice on a stool and/or on a mat, provided for you — wear comfy clothes for movement.
